Payment Policy
When placing an order with ShroomZoom, all payments must be received via e-transfer within 12 hours of checkout. After 12 hours, all unpaid orders will be canceled by the ShroomZoom team. Note that canceled orders will not be placed back in processing status. If your payment is sent after the order has been canceled, the order will remain canceled and a store credit will be given. Refunds will not be issued for late order payments.
In the event that an item is not in stock, you will be contacted by the ShroomZoom team with a suggested replacement item. Should you decline the suggested replacement, a refund will be issued and sent back to you via e-transfer to the email address provided during checkout.

Please note that we do not accept returns. All sales are final with the exception of damaged goods.
If your product arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days of receiving. Each case will be reviewed by our team with a credit or replacement product given. ShroomZoom reserves the right to determine the appropriate compensation (credit or replacement) on a case-by-case basis. In cases where your order was incorrect, we will cover shipping costs to return the package. All customer concerns must be submitted within 7 days of your order’s delivery. We are unable to provide any replacements or credits for orders after 7 days. Our team may request additional evidence including but not limited to photos or videos. If the requested information is not provided or refused, we reserve the right to refuse your claim.
All store credits must be used within ninety (90) days of issue, after which they will expire. Should you receive a credit, details on how to use it will be sent to you via email. Store credit must be used in a single transaction. If the credit is not used in full, the remaining credit becomes void. ShroomZoom will not issue a new credit for remaining balances.
Shipping Policies
All ShroomZoom orders are shipped with tracking via Canada Post Xpresspost. In the rare event that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, considerations will be made to issue a replacement or reimbursement in the form of store credit.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. If an incorrect address is provided this may result in additional shipping fees and delays. ShroomZoom reserves the right to charge additional fees to re-ship any packages for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect postal addresses being used at checkout.
We ship within Canada only. All parcels are shipped discreetly and in unmarked packages that do not denote contents. Please note that we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
